Oscar Diggs, real name unknown, is a space internet conspiracy peddler. He creates media which calls commonly held or common sense wisdom into question, often to the direct detriment of his fans and viewers. The media he creates is monetized through sales of dubious healthcare regimens, dietary supplements, and self-help products that range from useless to actively harmful. While the bulk of his motivation is prompted by the accumulation of wealth, fame, and power, this can sometimes bleed over to nefarious action in the real world, outside of his undoubtedly damp, fetid studio.

Generally, his messaging is focused on the supremacy of humans and the inherent inferiority of other alien species, who he characterizes as "sneaky," though his xenophobic turn has been fairly recent. His current through-line has been dedicated to badmouthing the Zeta Reticulans. He works to turn his followers against the authorities within the Solaran Union and the Interstellar League in small, petty ways that sometimes spur people into violent activities.

Intelligence analysis also suggests a lucrative side business doing crimes. His fans will often send him tips, many of which a spurious, but some of which turn out to be genuine. He uses this information to blackmail high-profile targets for large sums of money.
