Peacekeepers of the Vast/Rules:Requisition

Peacekeeper requisitions are fulfilled by an invisible and wide-reaching support logistical network that operates in nearly complete secrecy throughout League space and beyond. The budget for Peacekeeper equipment is unlimited in comparison to a cell, but barely adequate compared to the responsibilities of the organization. Thus, Peacekeepers have to persuade their organization that expenditures are justified, and are generally expected to return expensive equipment intact after the mission. Failure to do so can have consequences on cell rewards.

Peacekeepers can requisition equipment during last call of the preparation phase, most often by dead drop. Peacekeepers can requisition during the Investigation phase. However, it can take significant mission time to make the requisition and until it arrives depending on the requisition. Requisition rolls are Lifestyle rolls. When requisitioning a piece of gear, the base difficulty is based on the Restriction of the item, with additional difficulty modifiers based on the expense, deadline, and circumstance. Momentum can be spent during a requisition roll on quantity; quality, or speed of delivery.
