Stone Reediaz, callsign Picasso, is a member of the Peacekeepers of the Vast/Solaran Union Navy.
In the recent past, Picasso and Peacekeepers of the Vast/Max Rezal were in a barfight together on an ice world. They were the last two men standing, of course. In a different place and time, Picasso and Peacekeepers of the Vast/Corbin Denno ran afoul of one another while working on conflicting missions, but neither one is willing to speak of it.
