Max Rezal, callsign Quadrant, is a member of the Peacekeepers, tasked to the Horkos. Aged 28 Earth years at the outset of the story, he has been involved in the Interstellar League Military his whole adult life, most recently a four-year tour as a Solaran Union-sponsored ISLES special forces operative, flagged solely as an ISLES member.
