It was the original ship crewed by the Thursdays, including Quadrant, Professor, Picasso, and Tiny, but has been traded in for the Phonoi, the current vessel of that cell.

The Horkos had been equipped with an analysis suite by Professor, but was stripped out of the vessel when it was returned to Peacekeeper control.
There was also frequently a blackbagging suite retrofitted into a standard cargo container fabricated by Quadrant.

Codename Singularity seems to have specifically targeted the Horkos during its time between the Diligence Incident and their planetside arrival at Terhav VI.
Trivia
Horkos is the ancient Greek minor god who punishes those who swear false oaths. Horkos literally translates to "oaths," and is also the origin of the name Orko.
