Peacekeepers of the Vast/Vaim

Vaim is a low temperature planetary system within Peacekeepers of the Vast/Interstellar League space. Specifically, it is located on the edge of Peacekeepers of the Vast/Solaran Union and Zeta Reticulan space. Until recently, only Vaim-1 was occupied with a colony of Zeta Reticulans, who have held it since prior to them being sanctioned for unlawful experimentation on Humans. The colony has been around for about 250 years, has been fairly successful. Vaim-2 and Vaim-3 were considered too cold for colonization. Within the past 20 years, Peacekeepers of the Vast/FormCorp contracts for colonization were signed for both Vaim-2 and Vaim-3, and they are being settled with human colonies.

The pronunciation of this system prompts some Peacekeepers to constantly joke about how they plan to live forever, and how they plan to learn how to fly high. Also, you probably think this song is about you.

Vaim was the target of an internet monster named Peacekeepers of the Vast/Oscar Diggs, who traveled to the Vaim system for nefarious purposes.
