Peacekeepers of the Vast/Siada
Siada, old earth Arabic for "sovereignty," is an anarchist commune located about 50 km outside of Terra Nova, the Solaran Union city-state on Trazinus.
Composed mostly of humans who have, for one reason or another, left Nova Terra, Siada stretches from the reaches of an old junkyard into the woods, caves, and old ruins of Trazinus and the now-extinct Trazinians. Due to the political arrangements on Trazinus, Siada exists outside of any exercised authority, and is thus a mix of true anarchists who hate the government, humans suspicious of being held "hostage" halfway across the galaxy, criminals who escaped the city's laws, and many other dregs of society. None receive the guaranteed income of the Demogrant class, and rebellion foments consistently alongside suspicion of the rest of the galaxy.
The precious few residents who leave Siada are frequently the subject of intense surveillance by ISLIS due to the high chance that they are some kind of sleeper agent, terrorist, criminal, political rebel, or other threat to the peace and quiet in the galaxy. While there are certainly residents of Siada who don't pose a single threat to galactic balance, the suspicion of those from outside authority persists.
Many residents of Siada end up skilled in mechanical tinkering as they have access to nearly limitless scrap and junk to experiment on.
