• the union election is 7 days after the end of the festival (T+15 days)
• the starfighter parts will arrive tomorrow/at beginning of next session (T+1 day)
• an individual named "Farzi" has been the specific buyer for an Orken atmospheric-capable starfighter
  • Farzi is a SUPER popular shared cultural legend; a great strategist and tactitcian, obscenely wealthy
  • legendary warrior, rose up to lead a large portion of prestellar orknos society
• the fighter is hidden in space
• a Drothi terrorist legend exists surrounding a Drothi who firebombed a festival on the back of a Giant Fire Rok
• offworld money has been funneled to "Farzi" to buy the Orken starfighter
• offworld money is also buying Drothi ordnance/munitions
• this is all being transshipped in under false papers

This all seems to add up to:

• there's something rotten in SignetWorks (Which was confirmed by Quadrant's girlfriend.)
  
• There is an angle on this that the United Empire, nearby across a neutral zone, might be behind the destabilization in a more sinister, large-scale way.
