Peacekeepers of the Vast/Empire of Varris

The Empire of Varris is a Voting Member of the Interstellar League.

Their governance is by popular election of an Emperor from a pool of highly-trained and prepared candidates selected on the basis of merit and blockchain-secured lots. Other non-selected candidates form much of the remaining government apparatus.
